Sustainable long term context specific solutions for water, sanitation, hygiene and water management in the humanitarian and development sector

With my background in water management in both development and humanitarian contexts, I gained expertise in water, sanitation & hygiene (WASH)-related shift to sustainable systems in refugee settings. With experience in coordinating several 'shift to utilities'-projects at UNHCR Uganda (through Dutch Surge Support (DSS)), Vitens Evides International (VEI), National Water and Sewerage Corporation (NWSC), Sign of Hope, as a project manager for an INGO and in-depth qualitative research with a focus on gender in Za'atari refugee camp in Jordan I developed a broad understanding of the position of multiple stakeholders, including end-users, local and international NGO's, UN agencies and national governments.
