Coordination of the handover of the water delivery systems in Rwamwanja refugee settlement (70.000 refugees) from humanitarian organisations to National Water & Sewerage Cooperation. Including technical integration of new and existing infrastructure in Rwamwanja into the infrastructure of National Water & Sewerage Cooperation (NWSC) and planning for context specific socio-economical sustainable solutions to mainstream service levels between refugees and host communities.

Facilitation of interactive workshops related to gender, sexuality education, menstrual hygiene management and personal hygiene at junior high school in Ghana.

Simultaneously I was a group leader of a group of Dutch high school students and teachers who went to Ghana for an cultural exchange project. My responsibilities included guiding cultural exchange, facilitate cooperation, practical & logistical arrangements and emotional support to the Dutch high school students.

I evaluated the implementation of dome shape slabs at household level throughout the refugee settlements in Uganda. Differing standards among partners and differing preferences of end-users/beneficiaries. Including identification of challenges of implementation and using (installing and cleaning, but also safety and cultural acceptance).
